Conducted a multi-facility OSHA risk assessment inventory and produced a compendium of emergency response and evacuation procedures for campus recreational and athletic sites, including Memorial Stadium. Designed and ran large scale in-service trainings and staff manuals for staff first responders including mitigation of blood and airborne pathogen transfer.

Developed and revised curriculum and learning incentives for supplemental education service. Using criterion-referenced testing, created templates for customized lesson plans and goal tracking.
MOMMA/HEALTHY AIR COALITION
Co-founded coalition to address air quality concerns in the East Bay. Partnered with educators, public health professionals, union leaders, environmental attorneys, advocacy groups, including The Sierra Club, and resident families in a campaign to study and mitigate cumulative pollution and test air quality in Northwest Berkeley neighborhoods. Engaged press (local and national), stakeholders, regulatory agencies and environmental groups. Grew an email and direct action network of over 3000 local parents. Researched and analyzed scientific data, municipal histories and competing standards from BAAQMD, CARB, EPA and WHO to generate initiatives and mobilize support for more robust testing and mitigation plans. Organized local direct actions and spoke at city meetings and local news and press events.
